Hello Sponsors!

We, the Coastal Arts Guild of CT, welcome you to our 4th Annual Artists & Artisans in Paradise. We can hardly believe it’s the fourth year!

This is your opportunity to sponsor your local art organization.

When: August 28, 2016
Where: Paradise Green, Stratford, CT
What: Art and Fine Crafts Festival, with live music, food truck, family fun, and poetry

In 2015, the show attracted approximately 1,000 people. Our fine artists and craftspeople reported a busy day, brisk sales and happy fair-goers.”

This is a great opportunity for you to increase visibility for your business and show your customers and the community that you support the arts. Depending on your level of sponsorship (view our sponsor packages), you will get:

  • Your company name/logo on the event banner (Diamond Patron only)
  • Your company name/logo the event program and ownership of your ad to use elsewhere
  • A banner ad on the event website with a link to your sponsor profile
  • Your company/name mentioned in radio interviews (Diamond Patron only)

This is an adjudicated show in which the Stratford Arts Guild invites accomplished painters, photographers, fine handcrafters and jewelers to show and sell their work. Many of these artisans have dedicated followings who help publicize the show via social media. This often results in boosting the event attendance. That’s more eyes to see your participation in this great event.

The Guild will also feature local musicians and bands in the gazebo.

Sponsor funds will be used for things such as:

  • Printing and marketing for event
  • Sound engineer and equipment
  • On-site facilities management
